Friday May 1. Our 4th grade students will be travelling to the Grand Canyon, one of the 7 natural wonders of the world. Students will journey down the paved Trail of Time and see rock samples portraying each layer of the canyon from 6million years ago to present. Later that afternoon, we will travel to Bearizona Wildlife Park to view North American animals in their natural habitat in the Ponderosa Pine Forest. This trip will provide meaningful opportunities for collaboration, problem solving, and responsible citizenship as students learn in an outdoor environment.
