Feb 26 (Group 1) and Feb 27 (Group 2) 5th grade field trip to Kartchner Caverns State Park. Students will discover the role that water plays in creating the caverns, see the discoverers' original trail, see the delicate formations, and learn about new scientific research and discoveries as ongoing studies of the caverns continue. Cost: $12/student, $24/adult chaperone (a limited number of chaperones will be selected by lottery).
